Pre-press check
Please carefully review all artwork before approval, including layout, text content, QR codes, addresses, and phone numbers.
Production will only proceed once we receive your final confirmation.
Once approved, no further changes can be made.
As text errors are common, if we assist with typesetting or edits, you are required to review and confirm every detail carefully (word by word).
Any errors identified after printing will be the client’s responsibility.
Delivery / Courier
We do not guarantee delivery timelines, as shipping is handled by third-party couriers.
Delays caused by courier services are not eligible for refunds or returns.
If your order is urgent, please notify us before placing the order so we can assess feasibility and arrange accordingly. Thank you for your understanding.
Quality Issues
If, upon receiving your order, you notice any of the following issues:
Incorrect material used
Incorrect size or trimming
Missing back print
Missing artwork elements
Significant ink smudging or defects
Please contact us immediately.
Note: Minor variations are considered normal in printing, including:
±1–2mm trimming tolerance
Up to 1mm alignment deviation
Once verified, you may return the goods and we will reprint the order at no cost, including covering return shipping.
As all products are custom-made, refunds are not available.
We are also unable to cover any direct or indirect losses resulting from the use of printed products. However, we will always do our best to resolve any issues promptly.
Colour Disclaimer
Colours displayed on screens (RGB) differ from printed results (CMYK).
Additionally, variations may occur due to:
Different screen calibrations
Software differences
Printing conditions (temperature, materials, etc.)
Different production batches
Therefore, exact colour matching to screen display cannot be guaranteed, and slight variations between print runs are normal.
Final Approval
Please review your files carefully. If everything is correct, kindly reply with:
“Approved for print”
We will proceed with production upon receiving your confirmation.
For all phone orders, a confirmation email will be sent for record-keeping.
