DESIGN
Our skilled Designers will come up with 2-3 options and mock-ups, so that you can envision how the final version will look. We will present these to you for you to decide.

CONSULTATION
Once your enquiry has been received, we will organise an initial consultation to get a deeper understanding of your vision and how best to execute it. Our experienced team members will provide recommendations.
Quotation
As soon as everybody is on the same page, we will send you an itemised quote. A 50 %deposit is required before any work is started.

APproval
You are entitled to up to three rounds of design revisions. Once you are happy with the design, the final version is approved and submitted for production.

COMpletion
We will contact you as soon as the finalproduct is ready for pick-up, or arrange a timefor us to install your signage at a previouslydecided location.

Setup costs vary depending on the material, quantity, artwork supplied, and the complexity of your project. Once we understand your requirements, we'll provide a clear and accurate quote before proceeding.

In many cases, yes - however, the print quality will depend on the resolution and quality of the file provided.
For the best results, we recommend supplying artwork in vector format (PDF, AI, EPS, or SVG) or as a high-resolution image. Files taken from websites, social media, screenshots, or mobile phones may not be suitable for large-format or professional printing.
If artwork preparation or file correction is required, additional design or setup charges may apply.

Yes surly we can! Our experienced team can recommend the most suitable material based on your application, environment, budget, durability requirements, and installation method.

Yes. As a commercial printer, we have a minimum order value of $45 + GST.
If you're unsure whether your project meets this requirement, feel free to contact us and we'll be happy to discuss the most cost-effective solution.

Our standard production turnaround is typically 3–5 working days from artwork approval and payment confirmation.
Larger, custom, or specialty projects may require additional production time, which will be advised during quoting.

Depending on the product, material availability, and our current production schedule, same-day or next-day printing may be possible.

Yes. Orders requiring a faster turnaround than our standard production schedule may incur an urgent processing fee.
