PRINT READY GUIDE

Getting your artwork print-ready doesn’t need to be tricky — but a few simple steps make a big difference in the final result. This guide will helpyou prepare your files properly, avoid delays, and ensure your banners, flags, and signs come out looking sharp and professional. Follow these tips before you send us your artwork.

Resolution

Supply artwork at 300dpi or higher at the correct size for crisp, clean results.

File Types

Use vector files (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG) for logos and graphics. For photos, supply

high-quality PNG or JPEG files.

Text

Convert all text to outlines/curves to prevent font issues during printing.

Bleed

Add at least 3mm bleed on all sides. Do not include printer’s marks or crop marks.

Linked Images

If your design includes placed images, make sure they are properly linked or use the

Package/Collect function before sending.

Paper & Stock (when applicable)

Select the right size, weight, and finish for your project —

e.g. matte, gloss, silk, or recycled options.

Colour Mode

Work in CMYK for print accuracy. If specific colours are

critical, supply Pantone codes.

Safe Zones

Keep key text and logos at least 5mm inside the trim area so

nothing important gets cut off.
