14 day returns
It is important to us that you are happy with the products you have purchased from us. If the item/s you received is faulty they may be returned for a refund or exchanged within 14days, provided they are unopened and unused.
Please bear in mind, postage costs will not be refunded for the cost incurred returning items to us. If the item is faulty or sent in error we will reimburse you the cost incurred to return the item/s back to us.
We do not accept returns for used items. We will not provide refunds or exchanges if you simply “change your mind” so please consider your purchases carefully.

Please note all refunds will be sent back by the original payment method. An email of confirmation will be sent and you will receive your refund around 5-10 working days, depending on your bank.
